Shipping Info

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. You will receive an auto-notification from us with a tracking number the day your package is shipped. That means that we packed your order and it was sent to our mailroom forcarrier pick up!

Due to the overwhelming amount of packages at shipping facilities, it is taking longer to get every package scanned at each point in the transit process. It may take up to 5 days for tracking to be available, and we unfortunately do not have any additional information other than the information provided in the tracking number. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you are having an issue with your tracking information. We unfortunately cannot do anything to expedite this and cannot guarantee a timely delivery. Please also note, shipping and processing time does NOT include transit time, something we cannot control.

Most items that qualify for free shipping are shipped via USPS. If your order is time-sensitive, we suggest upgrading to our priority option that is available at checkout. While that will not change processing times, it will likely reduce delays in transit.

Care Instructions

CONTAINERS:  Our containers are finished with a white matte treatment which can show fingerprints over time. This is very easy to remove with paper towel and a window cleaner.  

BURNING:  Before each use, wick should be trimmed to 1/4".  To maintain optimal performance, we recommend burning for 3-4 hours at a time. Allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar to prevent the wax from building up and "tunneling". Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of a draft, pets or small children. Allow candle to cool completely before handling.  

SAFETY:  Please follow all safety instructions on warning label when burning our candles.

Great Scent & Greater Customer Service!

My husband & I found these candles while Christmas shopping and he noticed Georgia on My Mind. His cousin’s granddaughters name is Georgia so we thought it would be a great gift. When we smelled the candle we both agreed it was the best scent ever.

She was so pleased to receive it and we ended up buying a second one for her daughter. She is in love with the candle as well and is anxious to try others.

The best experience was talking to Paul, the owner! I had phoned to ask about a minor issue when ordering and we had a 20 minute conversation! He was personable, informative & met my concerns with so much care and concern. To find out that he personally packages the orders was amazing to me! The fact that he answered the phone floored me! He said he is also the person that chats online! I would never hesitate to order more candles from his company in the future. The recipients of the candles were also so impressed with this that they, in turn, feel compelled to order and support Paul and his company.
